Each month we make a "special" pie that is not regularly on our menu. Most of these pies may be special ordered outside of their "spotlight" month. Please call to see if we are able
to make you one.

February's "Spotlight" Pie of the month is Double Crusted Colorado Cherry Pie. Handmade crust piled high with pie cherries direct from Hotchkis, Colorado. Topped with a traditional hand crimped top.

February's "Spotlight" Cheese Cake of the month is Triple Chocolate Raspberry Cheese Cake. Oreo Cookie crust filled with creamy raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake. Topped with fresh chocolate ganache.
